No little red light is going to keep me awake
The light from the clock never bothered me, but the little red light on the TV seemed weird. I need a pretty dark room to sleep well. When the granddaughter was little, and she'd sleep over, sometimes she wanted me to sleep with her. She wanted a night light. I had trouble sleeping with a night light.

I have room darkening window shades. Once light comes in, I'm awake. I think that's why I sleep better this time of year, so little daylight.

I have had mine for several years and I love it! I too need a very dark room to sleep well- but the soft projection on the ceiling is no problem.

Lainey, I've wondered about those clocks as I thought I'd like one, too, but never tried one. I'm glad to hear you like it.

I paid $15.00, some places offering it in that price range with free shipping.

A few more nights with the time projected onto the ceiling and it's getting from both Rick and me .

It's great if you wake in the AM. No need to move about to see the clock. Just open one eye, glance at the ceiling and you know it's not time to get up, you can close your eye(s) and go back to sleep.

gadget!

Thanks Lain, I've been wanting one for years and never saw them in the stores. I can sleep anywhere, even here at work with folks and lights all around me so I ordered one. Now I don't have to turn over or reach for anything anymore. Of course I'll probably stay up watching the hours go by the first couple of nights. I'll report back once it comes in.

I'll have to report back as to if I like this. I don't like any light when sleeping. I toss the comforter over the TV before I go to bed to hide the little red LED on the TV.
I predict that clock last one night.....
