I would replace both and keep the good one 'just in case'.

One more voice chiming in with the recommendation to change 'em both.

And a reminder to those who keep extras on hand (I have a spare set of rears in storage also)...remember to watch that "born on" date on the sidewall. It's all to easy for the vintage mind to let five or six years slip away and still think "oh, i just put those spare rears in the garage a year or two ago".
