We saw this very unique Prius in the shopping mall parking lot yesterday. When the full sun hit the paint, the car glittered. I've never seen this before on a car.

I would have to see it to make a comment. The pix doesn’t excite me.

 

Likely a wrap. I don't like it, but there are many funky wraps out there that I don't care for.

The picture makes it look very flat, just sort of speckled.

In real life, it was very sparkly and glittery.

 

In person, it did not look like a wrap to me.

You could be right, the speckled sparkles look a bit uneven to me, you think a wrap would have them more evenly distributed, maybe just an amateur paint job. Hard to say judging from a distance, as long as the vehicle owner likes it I guess that is all that matters.

 

As soon as goblueS2K, my hubby, finished taking the picture, the owner got out of his car. Ooops.
