I was filling out my tax package for the accountant, and one question on there was "Do you expect your marital status to change in 2008?" I asked the +1. He said "Maybe". I said "There is only a Yes or No". So we agreed I would check "Yes" and change it if necessary. Such a sneaky little .

 

I think Vito is diggin this "power trip".

OK...update!! I've changed the title to this thread. It appears that the +1 and I are not going to make our union official anytime soon. Mostly because it doesn't make sense from a tax/economic perspective. I think we are going to buy the rings and wear them as a sign of our commitment without the paper. But we can still have a party in Vegas or wherever!!
