Going to Maui. Also, we will probably take a road trip up to the Central Coast of CA in the S2K.

Some nice plans here.

If the +1 ends up running that crazy Mt Hood to Seaside, OR relay, I may go out with him and visit my cousin at her vacation home in Cannon Beach. Beautiful place right on the ocean. Bro discussed going up there, too.

OK...I'm working Key West in Feb or Mar - The Gardens Hotel. Looks lovely. that I can get one of the historic rooms.

EDIT - Reservations made for mid Mar. Thanks for the Gardens Hotel recommendation, Grant. Did manage to get one of the historic rooms.

UHOH...I found out on a Travel Channel show about great pie places that Key West now has Kermit's Key Lime Shoppe! I'm *really* looking forward to going there on our trip in March. Yum, yum, yum...they have all kinds of lime stuff, including frozen key lime pie on a stick, covered with chocolate!!

I've been there many times. There's also the Key West Key Lime Pie Co.. Both are good, but we like eating in the garden at Kermit's so we go there more often. I think I've tried almost everything they have. Rori even has some of their Key Lime bath soap, although I wouldn't bother with it. The stuff tastes nothing at all like Key Lime.
