^ You are right...the +1 chose the Art and Impressionism theme, which is my preference, also. So will be making arrangements soon. The agent I spoke with said some have already signed up. I'm going to tack on another day in Paris on the front because the 1.5 days allotted in the tour is not enough. It will be wonderful to revisit places I've not seen in a long time and show the +1 where I spent three years of my youth.

EDIT - Booked!!

Added a trip to Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet for a long weekend in June. Haven't seen Val(entine) and Jim for three years, so we are overdue.

Leaving Sunday for a 7-night cruise to the Western Caribbean with two teenage grandsons. They wanted to go, so it should be interesting. Flying from Philly to Miami early Sunday on American. That means leaving home at 5:00 AM.

Enjoy!
We began our trip to SC today with the granddaughter and her friend. NEVER have we had a trip filled with so many road incidents, traffic and the like. VERY thankful we had no incident, also very tired. We figured we'd have a 9/12 -10 hour day, including stops. We pulled into Staunton VA in about 12 1/4 hours....not fun. The girls are no problem. Wi-fi and iphones and they are all set. They don't quite understand why we old folks have to stop so often though,

We'll be in Myrtle Beach tomorrow. Dinner with my sister (s) tomorrow evening. Hope to catch up with Darlene and Jim at some point too. The girls have a reasonable list of things to do. Weather looks decent so we plan on enjoying the condo and the beach in the AM/early afternoon and heading out later in the day most days.

Flying to WA to see Mom tomorrow early. Is it true they issue boxing gloves when you board now?
Happy Easter all.
