Being on the beach makes a huge difference in how one enjoys Myrtle Beach. We have not spent much time on the beach in the last few years, but we are helping the granddaughter cross this item off her bucket list. The condo we've rented is lovely, the owner makes sure you want for nothing. Ally and her friend are loving this!

Speaking of time, how did this little girl grow up so fast???

My dream in high school was to be a rocket scientist, doctor, lawyer, engineer, business owner, . . ....... beach bum! Yes. I love the beach. Looks like fun. Tell Rick its ok to smile even if he would rather be driving the Porsche.

Lol. I have one with him and Ally and he's smiling. I'll share later. He's not fond of being a subject

I'm moving my family from Indianapolis. So it's a fairly big move. Fortunately our house sold in a day (even though we went with the agent who told us to list it for $35k higher than the others).

Thanks for asking.

OK...I'm getting ready to purchase plane tickets for a flight direct from Dulles to Charles de Gaulle for our river cruise next year. I'm looking at airline reviews. I've got quite a list of airlines that fly the route, but so far only Lufthansa and Air France are getting close to good reviews. I know some of you have flown internationally quite a bit. I've not in quite some time. My good friends who go to France a lot recommended Air France, but I'm not sold yet. What has been your experience flying either one of these airlines or any other for an international flight?

EDIT - Looks like I'll be booking Air France. I've done quite a bit of research and it appears to be the best airline for this trip. But you are welcome to add comments.
