Big fat raindrops falling here think they are going to change to flakes soon. As long as the salt trucks don't come out I'm cool with it.

^^You said it! I'm hoping to take the S out for a blast soon. They are calling for 3-6 here for tomorrow morning. Usually the salt trucks come out in instances like this because people complain but they can just say you are not supposed to be on the road anyways because like you said Levi it will melt quickly.

Pouring here. Got my walk in earlier. A little rain as I was entering my neighborhood, but no need to call Rick for a rescue/pick up.

I went for a walk earlier to mail a few things, including my mail-in ballot since our March 17 primary election was cancelled by the guidance of our governor and director of public health.

A short distance from home it started spitting small hailstones. I decided to persevere though since I had been lazy the last few days and did not go for walks.

By the time I got home the hail stopped and the sun was out.

Our front yard got a nice soak today.....from a hose.

Maybe tomorrow?

On February 21st Gulfport Airport recorded almost an inch of rain and we had a good soaking here. But in the last 48 days Gulfport has recorded showers on various days in March and April of .06", .11", .04", .01" and .04". Here near the beach I don't think any of those showers reached us with more than a few thousandths of an inch. Average for this time of year is .2" per day so we are a wee bit behind. We have taken to watching weather radar, hoping one of those blobs will come to Long Beach.
