Same as yesterday...2-3" of snow this morning, followed by sunny and melting this afternoon. Highs still more than 10 degrees colder than normal here. Supposed to be 50 this time of year.

Where do you find your weather predictions? It is supposed to be in the 30's today.

Wife was late to work this morning. Expressway closed for a 9 car accident due to black ice and snow. Wind chills are predicted to be 20 below tomorrow.

Yay, rain! It'll be a treat. I'll be out there today, riding my ElliptiGO, while it's dry. I'll have a great reason now, to get working on my next stained glass project, being stuck in the house.

I hear rain pitter-pattering on the metal chimney cap here. Yay!

Good! I was just in my spa and when I got in there was nothing but stars in the sky. I looked up 10 or so minutes later and it's mostly cloudy. I was starting to think the so called rain was a hoax.

No hoax (but I can understand thinking it might be since they were predicting it earlier than it hit), it's definitely coming. It's here in LA now so it will likely hit you in a short while as it travels down the coast.
