The granddaughter turns 16 today. There will be a "Sweet 16" party this weekend. It seems those parties have made a comeback. Rick and I are not into this type of thing, but we will go and hopefully enjoy watching her have fun with her friends. I hope to take many pictures for her. Not sure how that will work out as I'm not fond of flash photography.

Rick has to work Saturday as his co-worker is out after surgery, so the weekend will be short for him.

After a busy Memorial Day weekend, this coming one will be a lot quieter. May go to that Cuban place I want to try downtown, or the Dominican place two doors up.

Another race this weekend. It will be a hot one since it is a rare evening run. Costco, food shopping, wash Stiletto, do the yards, and finish watching all 7 James Bond movies with Roger Moore (RIP).

I think I will sit inside and watch them build the house behind us.

We are headed to SC to visit Val and Jim. Will combine that with some time in Georgetown, which we have not seen much of. Taking a walking tour Sat AM and visiting a few museums in town. Planning to have dinner at a nice restaurant at our hotel in Litchfield and also need my fried pickle fix at Island Bar and Grill in Pawley's Island. Then there is the pool/beach to enjoy. Should be a nice weekend.

First of all we are hoping for some good weather. We have continued with the rainy pattern. Most likely puttering on Saturday, If it's nice on Sunday, we are hoping to visit a town in MA where we've not been before. What to See & Do in Marblehead, Massachusetts

Staying Friday and Saturday nights at a boutique hotel in Newport Beach, right on the water. Walking distance to dinner at the Rockin' Baja Lobster and this really nice Italian restaurant. We stayed there and did that in January, a Christmas present from Anne Marie.
