I'd love a day like that. We have 86 feels like 91. I'm tired of being a sweaty mess. We headed to the Cape Cod Canal, but still hot there. Hiding now in the AC, our neighbor will come to dinner on the deck later. Dinner out tomorrow, late birthday/anniversary dinner, or just an excuse to go out to dinner. Invited a friend for grilled chicken on Saturday. I too miss socializing.....Covid weary for sure.

We had a great time and great drive. So good, we are meeting up again tomorrow at a different deck bar on another lake about 50 miles away. High is forecasted a few degrees warmer at 78°. I am enjoying a Yuengling at moment; we can't get that beer in MI and my buddy gave me a few. Enjoy your meals and company.

We are having German sausages on Sat. Just discovered a German Gourmet not far from me. Going there to get some potato salad, beer, etc. Should be yummy. Too bad you and Chris are not here, Jim.

Yep. Would love to try it with you guys. Chris made Wiener Schnitzel, with German potato salad last week for friends. That is always a hit! LOL

Like everybody., we are really missing the usual socializing with friends, though.

I am organizing this weekend or attempting to organize I feel like I am just moving stuff around. I brought home from my Dad's house nuts, bolts, screws, nails, paint , brushes, sandpaper, electrical cords, spotlights with stakes, all kinds of plumbing stuff, tools, old cans, the list just goes on and on. I'm cleaning the shed in our yard out tomorrow hopefully, step one is to spray down the bee's nests that are in their tonight they say to wait 24 hours but I will see what happens tomorrow. Hopefully what happens isn't that I get stung repeatedly. If the bee's aren't gone then I will organize stuff inside the house.
