Today watching it rain, as it has every day this month so far. Sunday is supposed to be dry...probably have to mow!

Perfect, perfect day. Sunny and mid-70s. Never been golfing and never had the desire when you can do top down to a pub that has signs like these.

And pours like these (already had two drinks out of it) for $8.

Fort Collins is more expensive though. For the same price you get a much older, plainer condo.
^Update: Michael put in an offer on the condo in Loveland that we all liked the best and it was excepted. He closes escrow on June 5, 2025.

The sprinklers have been turned off by my neighbor and I'll have a plumber there this afternoon to make repairs. It's going to be around 90* this weekend there. Eww. I plan to visit at least two friends since I'm there for five days and only have plans for repairs.
^It wasn't a broken sprinkler after all. The power had been off for longer that usual and it screwed up the sprinkler timer. In 17 years here with power outages this was the first time it jacked up my settings. All six of the cycles were changed to 10 minutes each from about 5 minutes each. That's a lot of water. Of course the time of day was off too. Southern California Edison electricity is expensive and has way more problems that Poudre Valley Rural Electric in Loveland. At least it's not Massachusetts. Your electricity sounds crazy high, Lainey.

^5-10-2025. The view here in CA is much better at night when you can't make out the dirt pile.

^^You need to change the sprinkler controller to one that you can control with you computer or phone.

^^You can check on it and change the program from anywhere you have your computer or phone! It is great when you travel often.

Most of my house is set up with these type of things. Water main, water heater, furnace, lights, refrigerator, ice maker, water softener, garage doors, camera system, security system, landscaping lighting, power monitoring and lawn irrigation.

I own one of these, and it makes the winterization process remarkably easy. The installation was straightforward as well.

Apparently, I am doing gardening this weekend.
If I suddenly disappear, simply assume I've been worked to death by SWMBO!

As a mother's day gift I just spent 2.5 hours cleaning my wife's Honda .... ALL on the inside! When you have a horse and a fetish for flowers there is no end to the inside build up ... helmets, ridding boots, etc. are the easy part.
