A Kuwaiti subcontractor overcharged the Pentagon 6 million dollars as part of the Army supply program - part of that money may have paid as kickbacks to one or two Halliburton employees. This is according to the AP this morning.

I wonder if this is the tip of the iceberg?

Seattle is still a largely Boeing town... we're all for gals like Rosie!

Was she supposed to be building ships or airplanes was it just non-specific riveting for the war?

This is SOP on government contracts of this kind. Tip of the iceburg? For sure. We'll never know the true extent of the theft of taxpayer dollars by Halliburton. They're just too close to people at the top of our government for the truth to ever see the light of day.

This is another superb example of totally out of control corporate welfare.
