What are you doing this weekend?
I'm going to look at real estate in The Villages today. After thinking it over and waffling for a couple of months, I think I may just take the plunge if I find something I like. I'll take a hit when I sell my house, but things should equal out if I buy a preexisting house rather than new construction.

Good luck, Dean.
We didn't have much on the agenda. I thought it was time we went somewhere different for dinner. We aren't into fancy dining, but we generally don't sit at a bar and eat burgers on Saturday night, but that's what we did this evening.
The downtown in the city I grew up in, is starting to come alive. Tough to do in these economic times, and in our area, but there are a few restaurants that are doing pretty well. We headed to an Ale House so Rick could try some different beer, and to grab dinner. It was good to see traffic and lots of parked cars in the downtown area. It wasn't like that just a few short years ago.
The Ale House only has a few tables and they were full, so we ended up staying at the bar. I had a very tasty burger, Rick had a sandwich called "Atomic Chicken" and he got to sample some beer off the beer menu.
dlq04 would approve.
Here's the list.

I got to see CitadelBlue today in Fairfax - a one-man welcoming committee when we got to the dealership to look at the '05 Rio. Was good to see Ken and chat for a few minutes, for sure!
And, oh, yes, I did bring home an S2000
Felt really nice taking the sweeping left-hander into my neighborhood in an S once again!

This where I had lunch yesterday with a handful of S2000 owners. Somehow my drink bill was six times my food bill.
