What You've Always Suspected

>89 views and no replies? What have been your experiences with the TSA? Any horror stories or, for that matter, positive ones?
In my opinion, it's all theater to make travelers feel better. If someone wanted to really sabotage a plane, it could easily be done, in spite of these Mickey-Mouse checks.

Sorry, Gene. I got nothing. Haven't flown in years.

I haven't been groped by the TSA since this morning.
As for the the TSA folk who have to look at my scans. They can laugh if they want I guess. After all they had to look at me. I think they suffered enough already.

They ran that story on TV several weeks ago and then went on to explain how the equipment has changed and the processing as well.

Here's a slightly more believable source. (This whole thing really belongs in Politics, because Politico has a definite far-right wing agenda).

I found the article to be far too long to bother to read it through. The author should get to the point right up front. Instead I have to read some long, drawn-out back story about how the guy had a meeting with his boss to talk about a letter he sent to the NYT etc, etc.
Ken, I reject your suggestion that a thread with a link to a news story should go into politics based on the leanings of the outlet. I'll say no more on that subject.
