I've had all 5 shots and got Covid last month. I'm 67 with multiple comorbidities and I had very mild symptoms. Not sure how I'd have made out without the vaccines.

2 Vaccine, 3 Boosters, and getting ready for a fourth Booster, and still Covirgin.

I'm a month away from 79 with heart disease, heart failure, and COPD. The figures that I've run show something less than a 25% chance of survival given my multiple comorbidity and age. Accordingly, I'm still wearing a mask and distancing in all public venues and avoid gatherings entirely including family events. It's been more than two years since we have been inside a restaurant and I have no intent to do so until the coast is clear. If it kills me, it will not be my fault.

Harry you are tough as nails, Covid doesn't stand a chance against you. You come from good genes too, like your mom. Stay safe.

haven't had it yet. I did get one vaccine shot, had an awful reaction and reported it to CDC. Had problems for months, had to see a physician and was advised not to get another vaccine. A CDC investigator called me, asked a boatload of questions and she also recommended I not get another vaccine. I have no idea how much immunity I may have so I wear a mask anytime I go out into public places. I do permit people to visit my home but I don't hug or get overly close to them.

We had an appointment for the 5th booster and got a mild case of Covid. It was like a bad cold.

A friend of mine went through the same thing it is a tough situation. She is allergic to shots so her Dr. gave her a shot in the Hospital in case it affected her which it did so she can't have any more vaccines she just has to be very careful like you are.

I got Covid very early on from frequent trips to Italy as the outbreak began. Flight crews were exempt from nearly all restrictions. Essential tier 1 occupation. My entire family got it. I have had it 3 additional times. Mild symptoms all. Got the double Moderna, not for preventing anything but because personal travel to Europe required it. Knowing what I know now, if travel to Europe was not in the mix, I would not have bothered with any vaccine. After 4 infections, who cares? The side effects, especially the CDC reported cardiac issues, are a real concern for me.

Did not see the point in a booster. Doesn't even have any efficacy for current variants.
