Default 3" or 2" sander / polisher

Looking for a mini DA or the like for polishing or sanding in tight areas. I've been searching a bit, but I have not found many reviews on these.

Some idea of what I had in mind..

Something with hook and loop is preferred, without breaking the bank. What do ya'll recommend?

Paint in tight areas. There's a lot of places a 5.5' or 3" pad on a PC wont go. Not to mention the overall weight of these, which makes it cumbersome.

This kit has what I want. Perfect for minor touch ups, headlights, jams, tight spaces, etc...

Anyone used Chicago Pneumatic tools before?
