It doesn't cost that much to begin with and a bottle lasts a long time so I'll suffer and pay retail. At least for me it does. I only do the top twice a year.

yeah!! WHY BE SO CHEAP!

 

I think it uses up maybe 1/5 of a bottle or less (once in Spring when the hardtop comes off and again in the Fall just before the hardtop goes back on and maybe once in the middle of the summer if I'm bored). I also use a low gloss ArmourAll on the plastic on the inside of the car a couple of times a year. Every time you wash might be a bit much. If you notice the top being not as "black" then go ahead and do it.
