Default 303 Interior use - yay!

After five years of nothing but a damp rag on my interior vinyl, I decided to give the 303 Protectant a shot on the dash and the rest of the interior vinyl and all I can say is WOW. I was at the dealership to pick up the smallest part ever (light bulb for the roof switch) and saw the difference in the dash of a new S2000 and had to do something.

Here's a shot:

It's a momo of some sort. No idea what model it is. I got it when some ignorant ass stole my original knob while the car was parked with the top down in a quiet residential neighborhood. The finish is a high gloss around the top with a CF look and a perforated leather look towards the bottom. It hasn't scratched in 4 years of use. My only complaint is that the shift book doesn't quite stay up on it all the way (and the knob itself doesn't go down further, due to the widening of the shift lever). I like it.

303 is the shiz, for sure. I was just surprised how well it worked on my relatively neglected vinyl.

Sorry to hear about the theft of the OEM knob. Bastards.

I'm looking for a new shift knob, still studying the options. Have you tried a zip tie underneath the shift boot to keep it at the height you want? I did the same on my other car and it worked well:
