If you want it locally, since you're in St. Cloud, a boating store would be a good bet.

Otherwise any of the online detailing stores carry it (autogeek.net, autopia-carcare.com, for example)

I use a foam applicator to apply protectant to my top. I never use any cotton cloths anymore because of the lint and the fact that I can buy MFs cheap enough that I don't mind using them for the dirty jobs. I also buy higher quality MFs to use on the paint.
Foam wax applicator work really good for the top and there 1.29 each at autopia

I use a different kind of foam applicator for 303 on the top, other places, and aplication of other conditioners and dressings. I get some 1" thick foam sheeting from a fabric store, and cut it into squares of about 4". This seems to apply the product more evenly than those round applicators they sell at car parts stores.

For the top, I first clean it and then put the 303 protectant on pretty heavy. Of course, it will look white in places. Then I let it sit overnight. The 303 is soaked in, the white areas are gone. and the top is treated and protected.

Anybody else notice that the next 2 car washes after applying 303 on the top that the residue runs off on the paint?
No more 303 for me I use Raggtop now.

Actually, for some reason, I HAVEN'T had any 303 residue running off on paint or windows after a wash. I know this is a common problem, and I wonder why I have not had it. Could it be that, because I wash from the top down, I wash off the residue before I notice it? Anybody know?

In any event, I have so many OLD plastic and rubber things that have been 303 protected for a decade and look new that it would be hard for me to switch to anything else. Unless, or course, Raggtopp offered as much (or more) UV protection as 303. Anybody know?

You really don't need much 303 to get the job done. Less is better, or else you'll end up with residue on your paint and windows after your next wash

Well, the whole idea with 303 is to get it to soak in the vinyl, not just sit on the surface. 303 that is just sitting on the surface will never "dry" to a stable finish. (I don't know about Raggtopp in this regard.) So after I liberally apply 303 and allow to soak in overnight, I do wipe the top well with a microfiber. Maybe that is why I don't have the problem.
