Adams Ceramic Coating Kit for Wheels
Has anyone used this product? Recommended?

Last month I put Can Coat on my car, had lots left so decided to do the wheels too. After curing topped with Bead Maker. Looks good. While I don't doubt that Adams is a good product it seems very expensive.

Seems no one has used the Adams stuff. Anyone use Kamikaze Stance for their wheels?

^ I simply used Menzarna powerlock on my painted ap1 jdm bbs rims, brake dust slid off very easily, nothing seemed to stick to the wheels. Easy on and easy off, and it easily lasted one driving season. Simple works too.

I have no experience with this whatsoever and I know they use ceramic coatings on the body of the
car but the first thing, if it were me, that I would check into is to make sure there aren't going to be
problems putting it on wheels as they will see significantly more heat than the body of the car would
and it would really tick me off if I spent the money to do that and the heat caused the coating to
have issues! (bubbling, discoloration, separation from the wheel, etc). I would make damn sure
that this would never happen before I put it on my expensive wheels!

The coatings I referenced are all designed specifically for wheels, not car body panels, and they are designed to survive the high temps wheels are subjected to. No worries there.

For what its worth, I ended up using Kamakazi Stance ceramic coating on my new wheels. One bottle was plenty for two coats on two sets of wheels plus a put two coats on my exhaust tips. The coating was very easy to apply after a thorough cleaning and prep. They came out great. The coating is extremely effective at repelling water, dirt, brake dust, etc. A quick rinse returns them to like new appearance. I will likely use this product again. The best part is that the application is simple and straight forward. Very easy to apply.
After experiencing the quality and ease of application of this product, I am considering coating my S with the paint specific Kamakazi ceramic coating. Honestly, it won't take much longer than a standard wash and wax and it will likely give me at least a few seasons of very easy care and leave the car looking beautiful.
EDIT - I decided against ceramic coating for the S paint. One good wax each year, maybe two max, is all it needs. I don't drive it except in good weather so standard wax is more than sufficient,.
