ok well I got my stuff in and I'm off work friday and saterday. I'll post pictures on saterday night or sunday.
I'm using the griots DA, the red and orange (polishing) pad, and the red (wax) pad.
I also have m105, m205, and pinnacle souveran
Should I
a) use the 105 with the orange pad then the 205 with the orange pad and finish up with my wax on the red pad.
b) use the 105 on the orange pad, then 205 on red pad, and finish with wax on red pad.
I would pick this kit up

thanks detailersdomain but I sent you a message asking which exact polishes I needed and what pads to use them with and I didn't seem to get more then a 10 word responce so I already went out and got my 105/205 and pinnacle souveran. My dads friend has a griots DA and has the orange (polishing) and red (wax) pads. So I'm using his pads, his buffer and my compounds. I'm going to clay before I detail it. I just didnt list that.
I was just asking if I should use the orange pad with both 105 and 205 or just 105 and use the red pad for 205

I didn't mean for that to come off rude in anyway I just think That you should make a sticky showing how to remove scatches with your products. Step by step. As a noob to buffing and all the products out their its very over welming to figure out what to use for what. I had a hard time getting good detailed answers from you (wheather that be bc your busy or whatever) I was unsure on what to order and therefor found a alternative product line. I will be making a order from your site soon on some genral stuff but when it comes to scatch removal and such us noobs need a light guiding us.
Thanks,

Josh, I do not have the Griot's pads nor have I used them. All I know is what I have read on this Autopia thread. Accumulator, in particular, knows his stuff.
Beginning with M105 and the Griot's orange pad sounds right. Normally after this, you would follow up with M205 and a finishing pad in order to remove any micro-marring left by the M105 and to enhance the gloss--in this case, the Griot's red pad.
One rule: do not cross-contaminate the pads--i.e., if you use M105 with the orange pad, then you have to wash and dry the orange pad before using it with M205--and vice-versa.

really I'm a bit surprised by that I typically ask a few questions and then go from there. if I was on my phone that maybe why you got a shorter response.
but I try to get answers out asap sorry if it was short.
