My bumper got scuffed by somebody trying to do a 3 point turn with a XL car and poor skills.

Most of the damage are scuff marks where the 'shine' on my bumper is gone.

There are areas where my paint was scraped off.

HOW do I remove the White Paint left on my bumper by the bad driver? without making the mark or my paint around it worse? [COLOR=red]

 

wash it and clay it... you should be able to get the paint off with clay. it wont help any scratches, or your loss of paint- but thats the second step.
