Where can I find the "miracle product" Plexus for my back plastic window?? None of the area "Pep Boy-type" shops have it. I asked the guy at one store to recommend a product for cleaning the back window and he said lemon pledge works. I'm a little scared to try that, especially if I can get my hands on some Plexus. Thanks.

 

Have you tried Petsmart and Petco? Plexus is also used to clean aquariums...my Petsmart had 20 or 30 cans sitting on the shelf.

Yes, those are the only two places locally that had even heard of it. Most boat shops had heard of it, would order, but didn't have any on the shelf, but the first motorcycle shop I tried had plenty.

 

Also try your local airport. Almost all planes have plexi-type windshields and plexus is a staple.

 

I found it at Petsmart here in TX too, though the person in the store that I asked about it thought it was a fish But with enough searching around, I found it there for $5 (8oz can I believe).

 

Thanks, found it at a local bike shop...can't wait to try it out. However, I still have that cloudy film on the window (the s2k is only 2 wks old). Is Plexus safe to use even with the film on the back window, or should I clean it with something before applying Plexus?? Thanks.

 

I would just apply the Plexus without putting any other product on.
