If you don't see any swirls or marring on the paint, you don't need to use any polish.
I would just clay bar and seal/wax it and be done. I like a couple coats of FMJ with a nice carnuba on top of my black S2000

To the OP: if it's not got any swirls on it, you could skip the polishing altogether. If you really want it to pop, though, go over it with a finishing pad and your 85RD. This is "jeweling" the finish, and can really bring a car's paint to life.
On Sebring, I'd hit it with some of your Autoglym HD. I worked on a light silver Evo a few weekends ago and used AGHD on it - great looking combo. Sebring is light enough that if it were me, I'd be going for shine rather than depth. AGHD will certainly give you that. I've never used any of the other LSPs you have listed, so I can't speak to those. That's my opinion, anyway.

I would definitely wait the full 3 months before you polish/waxed the car. All paints cure time is different, and where you live also affects how long the paint takes to cure. Also, +1 on the Autoglym HD on a Sebring car. Another good combo that will give you depth AND shine, is Zaino over Werkstat Acrylic Jett Trigger.
