Chips on back bumper?
No one bumped me, that I'm pretty sure of 
It could be rocks, but then the rocks are doing somersaults
The chips are on the back bumper on the same level as where the license plate is.
Anyway, nothing I'm worried about, since whatever happened it couldn't have been prevented, I was just confused as to how they got there.
