Default Chrome Exhaust Tips

Some time ago, a discussion was had regarding the ideal cleaner for the S's chrome exhaust tips. I can't seem to find that info. For those of you that participated, would you please share your thoughts again!

-Thanks

it's a cleaning wad - i use neverdull .. a big wad of cotton with some sort of cleaner in it. works wonders simply keep wiping the wad until you feel it's clean enough then wipe down with a towel.

I am a bit of a fan of AUTOSOL myself - even if you have a reasonable build-up of black crap it should still make reasonably light work of it.

Fantastic - thanks for all of the suggestions. I'll try the Windex first (only because I have some) and let you know.

You can just use the Windex for now but when the chrome starts to stain, you will need to use the never-dull. That stuff works great........

Agreed

NEVER DULL does the trick!!!! It is easy to use and cleans very well. Just make sure you clean the tips often before the stuff really gets caked on. Either way, Never Dull is the product you want but I am just trying to save you effort (and keep your car looking nice).

Never dull is available at most auto parts stores including PepBoys.

Always knew that I could count on this group to answer a question. Thanks again. Has anyone tried 303? The back of the spray bottle claims that it works on chrome.
