Im trying to clean the inside of the rear window and it seems like it takes a really long time buffing just to get some of that hazing off...Im using plexus, is there anything else I could try that might help get rid of the cloud and haziness faster?

plastic polishes would be a harsher next step...
if you go that route, try it on a corner of the outside first. you can make the window much worst if you are not careful with a polish.
also the inside is really hard to get to, as you prob know by now.
i would keep at it with plexus until plexus isnt doing anything more.
at that point you can decide whether its bad enough to try a plastic polish.

 

I use Blue Magic plastic polish with good results.

 

BMW do a plastic polish for the Z3 that is excellent for this.

 

BMW plastic window cleaner is excellent and relatively inexpensive. Most Z3 owners aren't familiar with it though
