Thumbs up Cleaning Soft Top?

Hey everyone,

I just picked up a 2001 S2000 and for some reason it bothers me that the soft top isnt black black black, lol.

Its not faded just I want it to shine a little more

I tried searching and didnt find that much.

Any products to help me out? Before i ruin it, lol

i usually wash it down with soft brush and go over with 303 Protectant.

it usually has a darker look to it after 303

good luck

Where do you obtain these products? Remember some of us are not familiar with these products.

I use Vinylex. Ive had great results. Top looks nice and black, shiny, and water gets off of it like a fat kid running from a dodgeball.

Most of the products the guys in this forum use are not available in local stores. Try Google to find an on-line retailer or even the manufacturer's website which may have a retailer locater.

There is also a sticky in this forum with postings of recommended on-line car detailing stores.

Alot of people here also like RaggTopp. There is a cleaner and a protector. I cannot comment specifically about it as I have not ordered it yet, but I will soon.

Whatever you buy, be sure to buy products for vinyl rather than fabric. OUR TOPS ARE VINYL

BTW, Welcome.
