Default Cleaning Wheel Wells

Would Meg's APC work as an effective cleaner solution for the front and rear wheel wells on the S2000? I've seen quite a few detailers use this method but I need to make sure that it won't damage the S2000's undercarriage. Do you guys treat any of the wheel well components with anything afterwards? I'm planning to use 303 Aerospace protectant on the front wheel wells but I can't think of anything that can be used on the rear wells.

APC is fine.. you won't damage anything on the undercarriage of the car. I treat mine with CD2 engine detailer afterwards, but 303 works fine for that as well

I'm not sure it's a wax, I assume it's a cleaner that can be used on plastic, rubber and metal. The Griots product is called Under Carriage spray.

Tire foam won't clean the wheel wells, but it will dress them like 303 or CD2 does. Clean them first with some APC or soap and water before applying your tire foam.

I have some. It's good stuff, but expensive. Meguiar's Hyper Dressing works as well (but disappears if it gets wet) and for a much lower price.

I'm looking to sell the rest of my Griot's Undercarriage spray along with some other chemicals I'm not using here:
