Question: I would like to purchase 303 protectant and cleaner products. But going to their website they offer two types of 303 Converitable top care products. Which one do I get, the Vinyl or the Fabic converitable top?

The S has a vinyl top even though it doesn't look like it. I've used the vinyl 303 since I got it and it looks better than new today......and I don't have a garage.

 

The porsche techquipment cabrio shampoo works well for me

I'm very happy with Ragg Topp Cleaner(s) and Ragg Topp Protectant. The type of cleaner than comes in a spray can may be used without water. The kind that comes in a spray bottle is probably more economical.

 

first you use the 303 vinyl top cleaner then use 303 protectant afterwards. i recommend using the 303 protectant everywhere. dash, tires, leather, top, all seals, wipers, and anything else that is black on the car.

 

I just picked up the 303 protectant this weekend and I must say it does wonders. But it almost seems like it is armor all, with UV protectant. And it is not as shiny.

 

i've used the ragg topp stuff before and it works pretty well. a couple of questions...

After using the raggtop shampoo, is your top darker/look more new? Mine looks the same brownish gray.

After using the raggtop protectant, is your top BLACK? Mine just turns a little bit darker gray.


For those who've used the 303, does it turn your top black (I mean like brand new black)?
