Dash protection
Today I cleaned the dash and interior vinyl with 1Z Cockpit Premium. I've been driving with the top down the past week and pollen had begun to accumulate on the dash in particular. I thought about this thread and asked myself whether I should apply one of the other products I own (M40? 303?). But I decided against it. The simple fact is, I like the soft, almost dull, finish of our dashboards. I like the contrast between the soft finish of the dash and the shiner side panels. I don't want to add any sheen to the dashboard. So I think I'll probably stick with 1Z exclusively. If I didn't own a gallon of the 1Z, I'd probably stick with Megs' Interior Quik Detailer.
I use Meguiars Quik Interior Detail.
It leaves a matte finish and you can literally smell the protection, it smells similar to sunscreen to me. I love the product, easy to use and it is indeed very quick. I use it from my dash to my seats.

Just a side note on 1z cockpit premium, it does not contain UV protection. 1z vinyl- rubber care would be a better choice for verts because it has UV blockers and is heat resistant. It has slightly less cleaning ability and a bit more shine.

My vote is for Cockpit premium. I also like Meg's Ultimate Interior quick detailer, and 303 at times

"Cockpit Premium protects against fading due to heat (thermal protection). Vinyl-Rubber Care and Protectant offers UV protection by using UV absorbers because it’s for use on exterior components. Because Cockpit Premium is used on the interior, it’s not necessary to have UV protection because automotive glass today absorbs practically all UV."
No mention of UV protection, http://www.1z-usa.com/einszett_cockpit_premium.html

I usually use 303. I've tried the cockpit premium a couple times. There was something that I didn't really like about it. Smell...the way it went on. Something like that. I can't really remember. Guess its time to give it another shot.
