Default Degrease tire sidewalls

What products and tools must I purchase to get years of tire wet off my sidewalls. The sidewalls are gunned. If I rub my finger on them I can peel the clumping off, but that will not make this cleaning job go any faster

Try bug and tar remover and a pressure washer.

I've seen pro detailers on this forum use STONER Bug & Tar remover as gentleman above mentioned^.

I'm sure all purpose cleaner would work fine as well.
