Default Detailer Domain

I have been trying to order some wax from Detailers Domain. And i don't know if the website is screwy but it wont let me log in to order some wax, I tried on 4 different computers and it wont work. Nor if i just try to purchase without login it wont let me place my order. I also call and leave messages and no one calls back. Whats the deal? Whats with no return calls? I ordered some swissvax and some other small items before and never had a problem with getting in touch with them, but now even with 2 messages left and 4 telephone calls attempts I don't get any response. I guess Phil has gotten to big.

not sure what number you got or called but the site is working fine.

if you haven't ordered for awhile you will see that the site is completely redone.

as mentioned in a few posts when we introduced the new site registered users will have to re register. we were not able to migrate over the old accounts.

if you can re register that would be great it should work fine after that.

if not you have the option of ordering without logging in.

Nope we are not BIG at all.

When I was trying to re-register it was a pain until I figured out to input the shipping address even though I said it was the same as billing after that it was A-OK.

i called the right number i called both shipping and orders # and the other customer service #, it had an outgoing message of hello you have reached detailers domain. As in regards for not able to logging back in i did not know you had to re-register so thats my bad.

Thanks for clearing that up. As for the phone calls i don't know.
