pretty sure that the red one has no cutting action... and is for applying wax or synthetics.
they like it for layering.
imo, the white one is just fine-

still have not used my yellow pad... its for real problem paint.

is the edge pad different from sonus one ? i am using Sonus one but feels like it's cant get the job done with swirl mark

is the polish i use is not strong enough or is it the pad ? will edge pad gives more cutting power ?

I bought an Edge kit in November...it came w/ 5 pads (didn't know they're only doing four now, but i've never used my yellow pad anyway)...my orange pad recently split in half with warm glue going everywhere...i called Jason at Autogeek and he told me that the new pads use a better glue that stands up to the PC better...of course he send a new pad right out to me, free of charge...cust service is absolutely excellent...
