Edge pads and adapter
I was looking in autogeek for and edge pad kit to go with my pc. I'll only be needing to use it for light work, on my 06 and 05 honda's.
Which pads should I order so I don't have a bunch of stuff I don't need?
The site didn't give a very good description on what the different colors were for.
Thanks,
Willinathen

did you see this?

at most you prob need orange and below- prob just orange and blue... for light swirls-
but if you are gonna be putting on your wax or synthetic with the machine, check out the pads below those two.

Thanks for the link,
I knew I'd seen an explaination of the pads before, but I couldn't find it.
I'll be using the pc for cleaning and waxing the paint. The wife hit a traffic cone in the white accord and it has some light orange scuffs on the paint that have to be buffed out, but thats the heaviest cleaning I'll be doing, I hope.
Do you think I should go ahead and bite the bullet and just get the starter kit with the 4 pads, pad cleaner, conditioner and adapter?

have to admit that i bought the edge kit and have used all but the most aggressive pad-
the answer for you is what would the items that you need cost vs. the kit cost.
if these amounts are close, go for the kit- if you are sure you dont need some of the products and the price is not close, go for least expensive.
i do like their conditioner and cleaner
