Default Fine line scratches on gauge

Alright this one day I was super lazy to like grab a MF towel to clean the gauge part of my car so I just randomly picked up a regular white kitchen towel and started wiping off the dust on the gauge. So I went out driving later and I noticed that there was a billion scratches on the gauge like when sunlight is shining directly on it, you can see it and it looks bad. You can only noticed it when it's bright. Do you guys know how I can get rid of it?
