Default Flying object hits my S!

I am the new owner of two gashes on my driver side skirt, not too deep but the scratches are 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long. Something really loud bounced on my car and scraped it!! It completely scraped the paint down to metal. I do have some honda touch up paint but i have never seen any that looked good on others cars, especially with such big scratches. Should i have a professional repaint the entire skirt or have somebody professionally put the touch up paint on =(. i am really in a knot because its my DD and i dont want it to rust.
