Is Menzerna best applied by hand or by mechanical means?

All polishes are best applied by machine. Using them by hand will get you nowhere fast. Waxes can be applied via hand or machine, but I've always preferred applying them by hand

true.. but some polishes are formulated to work with hand via non-diminishing abrasives such as Meguiars M105 and Meguiars M205.

Menzerna is pointless to use by hand because it uses diminishing abrasives. So you'll have a better outcome to polish by hand with a polish that has non-diminishing abrasives, as opposed to the one that HAS diminishing abrasives (i.e. all menzerna).
