Default How to get rid of water spots

I just purchased a used commuter car. The paint is in pretty good condition, but there are visible water spots from previous owners poor wash and dry procedures.

I'm looking for products/procedures to remove these spots prior to waxing the car. I tried to do a search, but couldn't come up with anything. I have heard some people use vinegar to remove these spots, but do you use it full strength, or do you need to dilute it.

I appreciate your feedback!
