Default I HAVE NOT WASHED MY S2000 IN OVER 10 YEARS.

Now my hand may be forced, I may have to use water. There are fine aluminum shavings all over the surface that don't want to blow off. I can't wipe without scratching. Any suggestion before I turn the hose loose on it?

I've only washed mine once this year, and I'm meticulous about my S!

Furthermore, I don't have a garage so it is parked outside 24/7.

I quick detail it and it gets covered when I'm done driving it.

I don't drive it when the roads are wet. The reason I had to wash it the 1 time
was because I got caught in the rain.

So it's not totally out of the realm of possibility that you can go a long time
without having to wash it, especially if you have a garage.

Well said. Look at it once and it's dirty.

I never wash mine and its dirty, but I live off a dirt road, if I wash it it is dirty before I hit the black top.
