Default Interior Issue

I picked up my car from the autobody (some dummy scuffed my rear bumper) and today I noticed that there are streak marks on my dash. I also noticed they waxed my car by hand (wax spots on black trim) not the best job and they cleaned my interior as well. I wish I knew this previously otherwise I would have asked them not to do this, but it's done.
So my question is what is suggested for getting the streaks out of my dash? It looks like they used some sort of oil based product cause it feels a little bit slimy and when I rub it with my hand it slightly discolors. -wet look
I would call them to ask what they put on but they're closed on weekends and want to get this stuff off quickly.
Suggestions..... please.

lots of choices...

good info here:

for the streaks, i think that the raggtopp or autoglym cleaner would be a good choice to get the old stuff off. then you could apply any of the preservatitives (vinylex, raggtopp, 303, etc.).

ok, thanks I think I'll use the stuff I have then. 303 cleaner then regular 303 to top it off.
