Hello,

I have some scratches where a person's fingernails would come in contact with the panels where the radio and a/c controls are...right behind the knobs.

Is there a product I could use to "buff" out these scratches?

 

if you mean the vinyl part, there are vinyl polishes. you have to be very careful with them. they usually can improve but can not get heavy scratches.
plenty of vinyl protectant will help (vinylex, 303, etc)
