Default Interior work light

Now that cold weather has arrived I have to close the garage door and turn on the heater. When I do I lose some natural light for detailing the interior. The fluorescent lighting is fine for the exterior but not the interior. I had used a halogen lamp but it gets too hot so I would like to use a battery charged LED or fluorescent light. Ryobi, Makita and Porter offer various lighting. The feature I want is a light which is not hand held but stable on the varying surfaces I need to see. Any experience with these lights.

There are lots to choose from. Here's an interesting one: Flexit Hands-Free LED Light.

That is really cool. Lots of configurations and good in tight spaces like vehicles I detail. I think I will order one. Thanks for the tip.

Used it today to detail a car and it is awesome. Lit up the interior like it was daylight and you can bend it to any shape you want to get under seats, light up dash, trunk and other hard to see areas when detailing inside. Small and light it, magnets and hook allow you a lot of flexibility which is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the tip!!
