Default Just cleaned my exhaust tips

Since I just replaced my OEM exhaust with the Greddy SE single, I had the tips I removed lying around and I got bored and decided to clean them. Since I didn't have any metal polish I just used some cleaning wax. I used it to get some carbon buildup off the SE tips and that worked wonderfully so I figured I would use this too. I also tried some scratch remover and ultimate compound but those didn't really work as well. I guess that should be expected lol I just thought it might be a bit more abrasive so it would give it a nicer shine but nope.

Here are some before shots

Then after

They look great !

I cleaned mine recently (still on the car) with some old metal polish I found in the garage and they do look shinier than when just cleaned with car soap.

This is the best chrome polish I have found

I use to buy it at Ace but this place has it for way less money.

I've let exhaust fumes and dirt build up on mine for months. It looks like it's painted black now. Hahah yours look good too though.

I used to clean and polish my Greddy SE tips every week. I have a TP so about 2-3 days after I cleaned them they would be covered in carbon again...I figured, what's the point?!!
