Lexol cleaner & conditioner, vinylex
You use the Lexol Cleaner and conditioner to clean an condition the leather components of the interior and vinylx to provide a UV protection and shine to the vinyl parts inside and out. The instructions are pretty straight forward on the bottle but here is another link with additional info.

As to which parts are leather and vinyl, read this link

Vinylx can also be used on the convertible top.
Your question was pretty generic so if you need more specific information please ask

spray the vinylex on a rag away from the car, then apply to vinyl. let dry and buff out... if you want more shine, apply again.
for leather, i use a padded pad and apply to the non-perforated area first- when not too much is left on the pad i then apply to the perforated area.
good luck!
