Try washing your car and the haze should go away but if it does not then try waxing/polishing/detailing and if that does not work the problem is deeper than usual and you may have to re-paint your car that's the best answer I can give you maybe someone else will have another idea.

do you cover your car?
the cover will cause a haze after several coverings if the car is not completely clean. it is first noticeable on the rear deck (trunk).
when this happens to me, i dust the car and use a detailers spray to clean off the haze.

sounds like it could be minerals from your water...
if it doesnt go away with a good washing, then you will have to try polishing (not waxing- polishing is the step before waxing... polishes can contain mild abrasives) and then zaino/synthetic or carnuba finish.
and i guess i dont have to suggest that you never wash your car in the sun again!!!

So the haze should go away with a good washing.

The sun dries the water off the car leaving behind soap and/or water mineral residue before you have time to dry car yourself. Never wash your car in direct mid day sun. And yes it should go away after a good washing, especially if you have Zaino (or a good wax coating) on your finish.
