I have the type of cover that you are looking for. It's called a convertible interior cover and it's made by Covercraft. This cover is custom cut for the S2000 and comes in a wide assortment of fabrics. The cover fits good with the top down. I got the cover from http://www.car-truck-accessories.com (authorized Covercraft retailer) for $69.95 (Evolution-Technalon Fabric, Item #IC3040GK) plus shipping. The Phone# for Car-Truck Accessories: 480 629-5182 or toll free at 1 866 639-2055.

out of curiosity, what's the purpose of this unless you have removed your soft top?

Seems like it would take a lot longer to put in place than just raising the top.

Now if you are a Hard Top fan or have a pure track car and have removed the top and frame then I gotcha completely

tkeedy,

I am using the Covercraft convertible interior cover only when I use the boot to cover the top. Yes, without the boot in place you could just put the top back up.
