I agree with NXT being applied thin. I used the old version in the past. Meguiars makes some good stuff. There wax isnt the best, but it isnt the worst either.

You guys are probably right about applying it too thickly. I did clay the car prior to waxing, so there shouldn't be problems with adhesion. It seems like after another night of rain the car is beading again though, so I won't give up that easily. I will probably re-clay on Sunday and reapply the wax in a thinner coat this time around.

try Jeff's Werkstat Prime and Jett. Followed by p21s / s100 (from your local Harley store)

Having just recently applied two coats of Wolfgang Fuzion to my S2K, I have to say that it is the easiest wax to apply and remove that I have tried so far. It's a joy. And the look it bestows is fabulous.

NXT is extremely user friendly, easy to purchase at your local stores, and always brings a nice deep gloss to the paint. Plus it never eats up the trims
