Default Meguiars Scratch X - Any good?

Has anyone used this stuff to remove swirls, any good? If so whats the best way to apply it properly. I bought the Meguiars Foam Applicator pads that go with it...

Cheers..

It costs more to ship the damned porter cable than the item itself to the UK :[ I wish you could buy them here and the 3m stuff, it would save a lot of heartache :[

1. Are there additional shipping charges involved? Our prices include shipping! No hidden or additional charges here."
